About the Role
This full-time position based in Dublin involves working on-site four days per week within a growing cybersecurity SaaS company. The team is a high-performing group at a Series B stage, focusing on driving sales momentum through booking meetings that advance deals. Compensation includes a €40,000 base salary with an uncapped OTE of €70,000 plus additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct prospecting within target accounts across the UK and Ireland using AI-enhanced research methods.
- Execute outbound outreach primarily via phone calls, complemented by email and LinkedIn communications.
- Qualify inbound leads generated from a free web tool and convert suitable ones.
- Engage with senior technical stakeholders such as CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and Security Architects to identify actual business challenges.
- Schedule meetings and generate opportunities for Account Executives to progress.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and outcomes using CRM and engagement tools.
- Collaborate closely with AEs, marketing teams, and leadership to continuously improve messaging strategies.
- Serve as the initial contact point for prospective clients interacting with the brand.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years of professional experience; sales background is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fluent in German with strong communication skills suited to senior technical decision-makers.
- Comfortable with cold calling and receptive to coaching and feedback.
- Demonstrates curiosity toward cybersecurity and the ability to relate it to commercial benefits.
- Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or Sales Navigator.
