As we expand throughout the GCC region, especially UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman, we invite experienced Business Development Partners to promote our AI-powered Real Estate ERP offerings.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients in the real estate sector including developers, property management, and facility management companies, real estate investors, and corporate entities.
- Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders within the assigned territory.
- Generate quality sales leads and organize product demonstrations to showcase the value of Evoltec's ERP solutions.
- Negotiate business proposals and assist in finalizing contracts to achieve sales closures.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline to meet or exceed agreed sales objectives.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Successful track record in business development or sales of enterprise software including ERP, SaaS, PropTech, or CRM systems.
- Established network within the real estate industries of UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Bahrain is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
Compensation and Benefits
This position is fully commission-based without a fixed salary. Commission is earned on every successful sale with no cap, enabling unlimited income potential proportional to performance. Evoltec provides comprehensive product training, sales assistance, demonstration support, and marketing resources to aid partners.
