Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Officer specializing in field sales to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through direct field interactions, referrals, and networking initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and create new leads by visiting clients, leveraging referrals, and networking.
- Promote and market the company's financial offerings including Mutual Funds, Demat accounts, Insurance, and various investment options.
- Engage with potential customers at their premises to assess financial requirements and suggest appropriate investment products.
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with both new prospects and existing clientele.
- Regularly prepare and submit reports documenting daily field visits, weekly sales progress, and other management information system updates to supervisors.
- Maintain full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards during all customer engagements.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between INR 20,000 to INR 29,000.
