Business Development Manager

About the Role and Company

Twin Apple Tech LLC, based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth within the IT sector. This position is tailored for professionals experienced in B2B IT sales who excel at generating new business and fostering strong client relationships across the UAE and GCC regions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business prospects throughout the UAE and GCC market.
• Conduct direct customer engagements including visits, meetings, and presentations of technology solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and professional sales presentations.
• Develop and submit quotations, proposals, and participate in tender applications.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining business objectives.
• Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline for sustained revenue growth.
• Produce sales forecasts and detailed vendor pipeline reports.
• Perform cold calling, follow-ups, and successfully convert prospects into loyal customers.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in business-to-business IT sales.
• Deep understanding of enterprise networking and technology product offerings.
• Proven experience marketing rugged mobile devices, tablets, automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) solutions including barcode and RFID technologies, alongside Wi-Fi and network infrastructure products.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Able to handle multiple accounts efficiently while consistently achieving sales goals.
• Familiarity with leading enterprise technology brands such as Ruckus, Aruba, Altai, Allied Telesis, and related systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a monthly salary ranging between AED 5000 and AED 10,000, supplemented by additional benefits as part of the employment package.

Additional Information

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields. The job is stationed onsite in Sharjah and mandates prior sales experience.
