Role overview

The position focuses on winning new business from small and medium-sized businesses with 5 to 80 employees. You will sell outsourced HR and health and safety solutions in a genuine new business role where outcomes are directly linked to your success. Prior experience in value-based selling is important, while prior industry experience is not required. Comprehensive training and onboarding will be provided, including a dedicated induction at the Sydney head office.

Key responsibilities

  • Source new opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and leads you generate yourself.
  • Meet qualified prospects referred by a dedicated telemarketing partner, as well as opportunities from your own pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales process from the first conversation through to the final close.
  • Maintain and grow a strong pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with referrers and introducers to create additional opportunities.
  • Deliver consistently against quarterly sales goals in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Candidate profile

  • Background in B2B sales or business development.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to hunt for new opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a consultative selling style.
  • Proven ability to build trust quickly and convert prospects into customers.
  • High resilience, strong ambition, and a desire to maximise income potential.
