Role overview
This position sits within the Group Business vertical for Life Insurance and is focused on winning and servicing large corporate accounts. The role is centred on growing business from major clients while maintaining strong relationships and delivering smooth account support.
What you will do
- Target and secure large corporate customers for group life insurance offerings.
- Develop and actively manage a healthy funnel of high-value enterprise accounts.
- Work closely with HR leaders and senior decision-makers to build business relationships and pursue new opportunities.
- Coordinate the full sales journey, including proposal preparation, pricing alignment, and final deal closure.
- Strengthen repeat business by improving retention and identifying cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure efficient onboarding and ongoing servicing for clients.
What we are looking for
- Prior experience of 2 to 5 years in B2B or corporate sales, preferably within insurance, banking, or the broader BFSI sector.
- Exposure to group insurance or employee benefits will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation ability, and stakeholder handling skills.
- Capability to manage large accounts effectively in a performance-oriented, target-based environment.
