Role Overview
This position sits within the European Sales Team, with a strong connection to the Italian Team. The Business Development Manager will focus on building new business opportunities and promoting Group-IB solutions. The role reports directly to the Sales Manager and offers the chance to grow a career in cybersecurity sales by working closely with the market and the company’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand current customer relationships in Germany while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Support the existing channel network and help strengthen the right IT partner ecosystem.
- Run outreach campaigns to create new sales leads through follow-ups and outbound calls and emails.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partner Channel, and Marketing teams on lead handling and follow-through.
- Grow commercial business across the assigned territory with guidance from the relevant sales leaders and keep sales forecasts accurate.
- Identify, educate, and convince prospective customers to adopt Group-IB products.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for client information.
Candidate Profile
- You should be a proactive, target-oriented professional who wants to advance a career in cybersecurity sales.
- A strong client-first attitude is important for success in this role.
- You should understand indirect sales channels well.
- Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and presentation skills are required.
- Applicants should have 5 to 10 years of sales experience in a cybersecurity vendor or a system integrator.
- A genuine interest in cybersecurity and high-tech solutions is expected.
- Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
- The role is intended for someone based in Italy.
