About the Role

This position sits within the European Sales Team and focuses on the UK market. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, promoting Group-IB’s solutions across the United Kingdom, and reporting to the Sales Manager.

The role offers the opportunity to build expertise in cybersecurity sales while working closely with internal teams to expand commercial reach and develop customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage current customer relationships in the UK while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Help strengthen and expand the IT partner/channel network.
  • Run outreach campaigns through follow-up activity, cold calling, and email outreach to uncover new sales leads.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Partner Channel, and Marketing teams on lead handling and progression.
  • Support commercial growth in the assigned territory under the direction of the sales leadership and maintain reliable forecasting and visibility.
  • Position Group-IB’s products to prospective clients and influence purchase decisions.
  • Keep customer information accurate and up to date in the CRM system.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, proactive, and motivated by sales results. You should be comfortable working with customers, channels, and internal stakeholders in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience selling cybersecurity and/or fraud protection solutions.
  • Prior experience with cybersecurity vendors or system integrators will be considered an advantage.
  • A strong hunter mindset with a track record of results and a desire to grow a cybersecurity sales career.
  • A customer-focused approach.
  • Good understanding of indirect sales channels.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Genuine interest in cybersecurity and advanced technology.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
