This role as Business Development Manager emphasizes new business acquisition and expanding company reach in Northern England and the Midlands.
Role Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell comprehensive IT solutions rather than just pricing offerings.
- Regular attendance at the head office in Skelmersdale is required once weekly.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years of B2B sales experience with a consultative selling approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A genuine interest and understanding of technology, including IT support and cybersecurity services.
- Valid driving license and daily access to a vehicle for business purposes.
- Strong commercial ambition and motivation to achieve sales targets.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic salary ranging from 33,000 to 38,000 per year.
- Commission opportunities approximating an additional 15,000 annually on target earnings (OTE).
