Role Overview

As the Business Development & Investments Manager, you will be central to the company’s expansion strategy and portfolio growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will identify, assess, and drive real estate investment opportunities, maintain important stakeholder relationships, and contribute to revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute business development plans that support the organization’s goals.
• Source, screen, and assess real estate investment and expansion prospects.
• Analyze market conditions and competitors to support strategic planning over the long term.
• Develop and sustain relationships with clients, landowners, investors, brokers, funds, developers, and other partners.
• Lead negotiations and finalize commercial agreements, partnerships, acquisitions, and investment transactions.
• Support revenue growth initiatives and assist sales teams in meeting targets while monitoring KPIs.
• Prepare feasibility assessments and reports on investment opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate land parcels and potential investment sites, and negotiate acquisition and partnership deals through to completion.
• Construct financial models using DCF and evaluate IRR, NPV, cash flow projections, expected returns, and sensitivity scenarios.
• Work closely with finance, operations, and sales teams to support project delivery and track progress.
• Recognize investment and operational risks and prepare mitigation measures.
• Plan and oversee the business development budget and ensure initiatives are delivered effectively.
• Compile and present recurring reports on performance, KPIs, market trends, feasibility, and investment returns to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate Management, Finance, Investment, or a similar discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in real estate development, business development, real estate investment, or project management.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, evaluating, and closing real estate investment opportunities, including land acquisition and partnership or investment transactions.
• Hands-on experience preparing feasibility studies and building or reviewing financial models for real estate investments, including DCF, IRR, NPV, cash flow, and sensitivity analysis.
• Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for investment presentations.
• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi Arabian driving license.
• Strong understanding of real estate development and investment, including land acquisition, opportunity sourcing, evaluation, and deal structures.
• Professional certification in business development, real estate investment, financial modeling, or project management is an advantage.
• Experience with Odoo ERP or similar enterprise resource planning systems is preferred.
• An existing network of landowners, brokers, developers, investors, consultants, or funds is desirable.
• Background in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or land development projects is preferred.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage opportunity pipelines is an advantage.
• Exposure to investment memos, board presentations, or executive approval packs is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Riyadh and Saudi real estate market is preferred.
• Availability to join within one month is preferred.
