Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a senior business development leader to drive growth for a commercial printing business in Greater Noida. The role focuses on building market presence, leading teams, and converting strategic opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out business plans that support revenue growth and long-term expansion.
- Lead and coordinate team efforts to meet business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
- Study market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Engage non-sales functions to help uncover and support business leads.
- Strengthen the company’s position in the market through proactive business development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should bring deep experience in commercial printing, with strong exposure to digital and offset printing technologies. A minimum of 15 years in business development is required, including at least 8 years in a leadership capacity within the commercial printing sector.
Education
B.B.A. or B.M.S. in any specialization.
