Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to join our team in Qatar, Bahrain, or Oman. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 6 years of professional experience in B2B sales, new client acquisition, and account management. They will demonstrate a consistent history of expanding business opportunities, cultivating strong customer relationships, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential sales opportunities to promote business growth and meet defined revenue objectives.
  • Source and qualify leads through research, networking, cold outreach, and active client interaction.
  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Oversee the entire sales process including prospecting, conducting meetings, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and successfully closing sales.
  • Assess client business demands to tailor solutions that align with their strategic needs.
  • Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and ensure up-to-date records in the CRM.
  • Deliver client presentations, product demos, and participate in business discussions.
  • Manage crucial accounts and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide effective solutions ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Support efforts to expand market presence across Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proficiency in Arabic language is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or similar discipline is favorable.
  • Five to six years of experience in B2B sales domains including business development, account management, or enterprise sales.
  • Previous roles may include Business Development Executive, Manager, Sales Executive, Account Executive, Key Account Manager or Executive, and Enterprise Sales Executive.
  • Proven ability in acquiring new clients and driving revenue generation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation expertise.
  • Capacity to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and capable of working independently.
  • Experience with technology-related sales such as software, cloud, ERP, CRM, SaaS, or IT services is advantageous.
