Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients from various industries.
• Engage prospects via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional avenues.
• Generate and qualify leads following predefined business standards.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent communication.
• Comprehend customer needs and present software solutions' benefits persuasively.
• Arrange product demos and meetings for the sales team.
• Update lead data, interactions, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM.
• Experiment with new outreach techniques to enhance engagement effectiveness.
• Meet personal activity and performance benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of professional experience, preferably in B2B sales or lead generation.
• Residence in Mumbai is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of B2B sales processes.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or sales engagement tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Quick adaptability to new technical tools and software.
• Experience with SaaS or software product sales is advantageous.

Employment Details

• Annual salary ranging from ₹1,200,000 to ₹2,300,000.
