Role overview
TDCX is hiring a Business Development Executive in Singapore to support business growth efforts within facilities management services. This position focuses on proposal development, market opportunity research, client coordination, and sales support activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with everyday business development work related to facilities management solutions.
- Prepare competitive proposals, formal tenders, and pitch decks for prospective clients.
- Research the market to identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while keeping the sales pipeline updated and active.
- Work with internal stakeholders to create attractive pricing plans and service packages.
- Support contract discussions and handle administrative tasks across the sales and business development process.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Facilities Management, or a related qualification is required.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales support, proposal preparation, or tender writing is needed.
- Experience in facilities management or real estate is strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is expected.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities are essential.
- The candidate should be able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team.
