Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong connections with wholesale clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects to boost sales of solar products.
- Handle negotiations concerning pricing, contracts, and terms with wholesale buyers.
- Conduct product training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients as required.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and market developments to stay informed.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and logistics departments to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets to contribute to company revenue growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience in wholesale or B2B sales, ideally within the solar energy sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Competence in analyzing market trends and formulating strategic sales initiatives.
- Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to undertake travel for client interactions and business development activities.
