Role Overview
This full-time position is seeking a Business Development Executive dedicated to facilitating patient engagement and supporting healthcare delivery by acting as a link between patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective patients over the phone to connect them with doctors suited to their needs.
- Assist patients in determining the most appropriate treatments tailored to their personal health situations.
- Coordinate communication between patients and doctors to ensure smooth and efficient care collaboration.
- Manage the patient onboarding process, including handling all required documentation and obtaining necessary permissions.
- Guide patients through the onboarding stages to ensure a positive and hassle-free experience.
