Ivaanshi Printpack specializes in supplying customized food packaging, self-adhesive labels, rigid boxes, and commercial printing solutions tailored for businesses such as restaurants, cafés, bakeries, cloud kitchens, food manufacturers, FMCG firms, and other industries.

Role Overview

We seek a driven Business Development Executive focusing on food packaging to broaden our client portfolio and generate fresh market opportunities. The role emphasizes promoting food packaging products while also offering ancillary printing items like labels and rigid boxes customized to clients' needs. This is primarily an office-based position with occasional local visits to clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B leads via platforms including IndiaMART, Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, telephone, and other digital channels.
• Identify and reach out to target customers such as restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, bakeries, food manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate buyers.
• Handle customer inquiries proactively and turn them into sales opportunities.
• Build and sustain lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Meet monthly targets for business development and lead generation.
• Ascertain customer needs and recommend appropriate packaging solutions.
• Prepare quotations and basic invoices using MS Excel.
• Maintain organized records of customer inquiries, quotations, and reports.
• Coordinate with clients throughout order processing and execution.
• Collaborate with printing partners, converters, and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Occasionally visit customers and suppliers as necessary, bringing product samples for effective meetings.
• Support order processing and dispatch coordination when required.

• Primary: Paper Food Boxes, Round Paper Containers, Salad Bowls, Soup Bowls, Burger Boxes, Pizza Boxes, Noodle & Wok Boxes, Paper Boat Trays, Customized Food Packaging.
• Additional: Self-Adhesive Labels, Food & Beverage Labels, Rigid Boxes, Folding Cartons, Commercial Printing Products.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Open to freshers and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
• Proficient communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and internet applications.
• Comfortable with prospecting and following up on leads via calls.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer and supplier visits when needed.
• Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
