We facilitate the discovery of enriching experiences, ranging from culinary and travel adventures to workshops, fitness classes, networking events, and creative pursuits, while simultaneously supporting hosts in cultivating vibrant communities.
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive specializing in Creator Partnerships to enhance our host network and integrate exceptional creators into the Myslotmate ecosystem.
Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding creators and experience hosts capable of delivering compelling activities to the Myslotmate community. Your duties will include fostering relationships, articulating the platform's value proposition, and guiding hosts through the onboarding journey to ensure a successful launch. This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive on networking, relationship building, business development, and operating within a dynamic startup setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and research potential creators, influencers, experts, and community leaders suitable for hosting experiences on Myslotmate.
- Initiate contact via platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and telephone to introduce the Myslotmate platform.
- Cultivate robust relationships with prospective hosts, gaining a thorough understanding of their unique offerings.
- Articulate the advantages of collaborating with Myslotmate and effectively address any inquiries.
- Guide creators through the entire onboarding process, from initial engagement to the successful listing of their experiences.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hosts.
- Meticulously maintain records of all outreach efforts and manage the partnership pipeline.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and foster enduring partnerships.
- Achieve established monthly targets for host onboarding and partnership acquisition.
Requirements
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate confidence in engaging with new individuals and establishing rapport.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
- Maintain a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to work.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Be comfortable utilizing social media platforms for professional outreach.
- Have a foundational understanding of Google Workspace and spreadsheet applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in business development, sales, partnerships, community management, or creator management is advantageous.
- Previous experience working with influencers, event organizers, or businesses in the hospitality sector will be considered a plus.
- A genuine passion for startups, networking, and community building initiatives.
