Role overview
Join the Away from Home sales team in Hamilton as a Territory Sales Manager, where you will represent CCEP across your assigned customer territory. In this fixed-term role through June 2027, you will be the main day-to-day contact for customers, building trusted partnerships and delivering excellent service.
This position involves daily travel throughout the Coromandel region, including Whangamata, Waihi, and Paeroa.
What you will do
- Spend most of your day on the road, maintaining a regular visit schedule with customers.
- Support revenue growth within each account through active account management.
- Look for and convert new business opportunities.
- Work toward profitable growth across your territory.
- Create strong customer relationships built on mutual value.
- Carry out brand and channel plans in store.
- Spot opportunities to increase market share.
What we are looking for
We are seeking someone with strong energy, motivation, and a genuine drive to achieve results. The role suits a person who enjoys solving challenges, finds opportunity in a busy environment, and can manage their time effectively.
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
- FMCG background is advantageous but not required.
- Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.
