Role Overview
This full-time, on-site role is for a Business Development Executive focused on counseling and conversion. The position involves speaking with parents and adult learners, understanding their needs, and helping them make informed enrollment decisions through structured, consultative conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to parents and adult learners to arrange meaningful 1:1 video counseling sessions.
- Use a consultative, value-driven approach while counseling prospects, resolving concerns, and handling objections effectively.
- Own the complete sales cycle from first interaction through final conversion, including prompt follow-ups and closure management.
