Job description
Role Summary
Join as a Career Guidance Expert specializing in Kannada to assist students in exploring career paths via NxtWave's CCBP 4.0 programs. You will manage the entire sales process, from initial counseling and product demonstrations through enrollment and after-sales assistance. Establish meaningful connections with potential learners and consistently meet weekly revenue and enrollment goals. Efficiently maintain lead records and relay feedback on lead quality to improve engagement strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have completed graduation; current students are not eligible.
- Fluency in Kannada with native speaker proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of English is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred; background in EdTech is advantageous.
- Strong communication, empathy, persuasion, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Should be target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset fit for a dynamic environment.
