Role Overview
We seek an experienced financial services sales professional familiar with industry groups such as Fraud Fight Club, MRC, FS-ISAC, who possesses established contacts within these communities. The successful candidate will leverage these connections through partners or direct engagement to introduce an end-to-end cyber-enabled fraud prevention solution.
If you understand key fraud challenges such as phishing, account credential compromise, account takeover, social engineering, and Authorized Push Payment fraud from a customer perspective, this role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of Group-IB's revenue across the U.S. by acquiring new clients and expanding current strategic accounts in financial services.
- Build new business from scratch by identifying untapped markets, new accounts, and additional revenue avenues.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with senior decision-makers in financial services, leveraging contact networks within ISAC or relevant industry communities.
- Establish and grow partnerships with resellers, system integrators, and technology partners to support market expansion.
- Generate leads proactively through targeted outreach, participation in industry events, partner collaboration, and strategic networking within priority sectors.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and partner teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure effective opportunity qualification and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM reporting aligned with sales targets.
- Position Group-IB as a trusted fraud prevention partner by delivering consultative engagements that comply with local regulations, compliance standards, and threat landscapes.
Candidate Profile and Success Factors
- 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity sales, with a strong business development record in financial services (banking, fintech, payments, insurance preferred).
- Experience establishing or growing a U.S. market presence for new vendors, products, or regions.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive revenue.
- Proven skills in selling high-value consultative solutions within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Experience managing partner ecosystems, including resellers and system integrators.
- Capable of generating business independently by creating opportunities and accounts from the ground up.
