Role Summary
The company is hiring a Business Development and Sales Manager to lead high-value industrial CAPEX sales from Bengaluru. The position focuses on selling advanced solvent recovery and VOC abatement solutions across pharmaceutical, chemical, paint, and automotive coating segments.
What You Need to Bring
- 5 to 8+ years of experience selling high-value industrial engineering CAPEX solutions.
- Strong familiarity with industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, paints, or automotive coatings.
- A proven record of winning large orders and handling complex, multi-million-dollar systems.
- An established network of industrial customers, engineering consultants, and senior decision-makers across India.
- Experience managing enterprise sales processes that typically run for 3 to 9 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic sales of capital equipment for solvent recovery and VOC control systems.
- Identify greenfield and brownfield expansion opportunities in advance of formal tendering.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and engineering consultants to keep the project pipeline healthy.
- Manage commercial and technical negotiations while positioning premium European environmental solutions in a price-sensitive market.
- Represent the region externally and share business progress and growth updates with global leadership.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed compensation of up to Rs 22,50,000 per year.
- Joining bonus equal to 10% of CTC, paid upfront on joining.
- Annual fixed bonus structure.

- Hybrid work arrangement with a 5-day work week.
