PayLink operates under the oversight and regulation of the Saudi Central Bank, which helps ensure compliance with national financial rules and recognized best practices.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Al Khobar for a Business Continuity Specialist. The role focuses on building, implementing, and maintaining continuity and resilience programs so the organization can continue operating and recover quickly when disruptions occur.
Key Responsibilities
The specialist will evaluate risks, perform business impact analyses, and document essential processes. The role also includes coordinating continuity initiatives with teams across the business, testing and refining continuity plans, and overseeing incident response procedures. In addition, the position requires ensuring that practices remain aligned with regulatory expectations and industry standards, preparing reports, conducting awareness and training sessions, and working with stakeholders to improve overall organizational resilience.

Candidates should bring solid experience in business continuity planning, continuity framework development, and resilience management. Strong analytical ability is needed for risk assessment and impact analysis, along with clear communication skills for documentation, stakeholder coordination, and training delivery. Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments is a strong advantage. Familiarity with standards and frameworks such as ISO 22301, or similar continuity guidance, is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field is required, or equivalent hands-on experience. The role also calls for strong teamwork, the ability to manage several priorities at once, and careful attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
