WOW Academy is seeking accomplished Business Coaches who possess clarity of vision, empathy, and motivation to drive transformation. As a Business Coach, you will collaborate with entrepreneurs and leaders devoted to their personal and professional growth, guiding them to align their business with their core values and develop a purpose-driven mindset that empowers prosperity and impactful leadership. This position offers remote work with flexible hours and demands passion for both strategic guidance and transformational execution.

Who This Opportunity Suits

We welcome two distinct profiles of leaders interested in this role:

• Established Coaches: You currently own and operate a successful coaching or consulting business, have a client base that values your service, and want to broaden your influence by incorporating WOW Academy’s methodologies and programs into your offerings. You will enroll your clients in our programs and receive compensation as a collaborator or equity partner depending on client enrollments and program delivery.
• Aspiring Coaches: Professionals employed in other fields who possess coaching skills, mindset, and integrity but have not yet built a full-time coaching career. This opportunity provides a structured mentorship and a strong platform to develop a coaching business with community support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformational coaching programs that inspire personal and professional growth.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic action plans tailored to their business goals.
• Assist leaders in scaling enterprises, initiating impactful missions, or redefining their measures of success.
• Register clients into WOW Academy coaching programs and receive payment accordingly.
• Participate in a broader movement focused on advancing human potential beyond conventional business tactics.
• Support clients not just in business practices but in becoming their fullest selves.

Qualifications

• Passionate about achieving clarity, alignment, and meaningful results.
• Experienced in business strategy, operations management, entrepreneurship, or leadership roles.
• Skilled in deep listening and effective, confident communication.
• Proficient in marrying human development principles with practical business knowledge.
• Self-motivated and thriving in a flexible, remote work environment.
• Either currently operating a sustainable coaching practice or actively building one intentionally.
• Bonus competencies include formal training as coaches, facilitators, or purpose-driven leaders with relevant lived experience.
• A degree is an asset but not a requirement; focus is on mindset, leadership presence, and tangible value creation.
