About the Company
Our client is a prominent Microsoft partner thriving with substantial growth throughout New Zealand and Australia. As they broaden their Dynamics 365 Business Central practice, they seek skilled professionals to lead strategic engagements, influence solution direction, and deliver transformative results for customers. Their practice collaborates with organizations from finance, manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, projects, inventory, to professional services, assisting them in maximizing their investments in Microsoft technology.
Role Overview
We are looking to fill multiple senior positions within the Dynamics 365 Business Central practice, including roles such as Business Central Pre-Sales Architect, Principal Consultant, and Solution Architect. In these positions, you will engage with clients to comprehend business challenges, design tailored Business Central solutions, lead workshops, participate in pre-sales activities, and provide strategic advice through delivery phases. Your work will encompass Business Central modules like Finance, Inventory, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Projects, and Reporting, while also integrating broader Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery workshops and engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Design comprehensive, scalable Business Central solutions.
- Offer solution architecture and business consulting services.
- Contribute to responses for RFPs and RFIs, and assist proposal preparation.
- Function as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders.
- Promote opportunities leveraging AI, automation, and Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Previous roles as Solution Architect, Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Pre-Sales Architect.
- Deep functional expertise across domains including Finance, Inventory, Projects, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Reporting.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and consulting.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective practical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with pre-sales, solution design, or architectural responsibilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Knowledge of Azure, Power Platform, Copilot, and Microsoft integration platforms is highly advantageous.
