About the Role

The IT Business Application Trainer is tasked with providing training on IT applications and processes such as Oracle Fusion, Dealer Management System (DMS), and RD-DMS. This position demands a confident teaching method and profound expertise to motivate participants in face-to-face and virtual sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions on ERP and CRM (Sales and Service), DMS, and RD-DMS applications for dealers and on-the-job training (OJT).
  • Assist dealers with data entry related to ERP and CRM (Sales and Service), DMS, and RD-DMS, including comprehensive knowledge of associated business processes.
  • Design methods and apply metrics to evaluate training effectiveness, creating improvement plans to enhance knowledge transfer outcomes.
  • Review the usage and performance of ERP and CRM (Sales and Service) systems, ensuring user needs are met without disrupting their work.
  • Collaborate with business partners on ERP and CRM (Sales and Service), DMS, and RD-DMS implementation, knowledge transfer, and process deployment.
  • Oversee partner application activities to guarantee adherence to usability and process standards for DMS and RD-DMS.
  • Bring in-depth expertise to strategic initiatives related to ERP and CRM (Sales and Service), DMS, and RD-DMS.
  • Support the content team in creating training materials aligned with identified training needs.
  • Work alongside zonal trainers to facilitate training delivery.
  • Maintain and distribute training records on a monthly, quarterly, or as-needed basis to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate feedback from knowledge transfer sessions and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Prepare communication materials for dissemination via email.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Any graduate degree is acceptable; B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology (IT) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in IT training, with 1 to 2 years specifically involving Oracle Fusion Applications ERP and CRM (Sales and Service).
  • Experience in 1 to 2 Fusion implementation projects will be advantageous.
