Contract Details
This is a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension.
Project Scope
Involvement in projects such as LifeSG, SupportGoWhere, and MyLegacy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and session leadership to collect, analyze, and confirm business and user requirements.
- Convert business needs into detailed user journeys, process diagrams, wireframes, and functional design solutions.
- Define the scope of products, author user stories and acceptance standards, and prioritize requirements working closely with stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between business units, UX teams, and engineering to clarify requirements through all stages of development.
- Facilitate solution alignment, handle dependencies, resolve uncertainties, and ensure cohesion among cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to Agile processes such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and releases to ensure deliverables meet business goals.
- Identify improvements in business workflows, user experience, and product results via data analysis and user feedback.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum five years’ experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or UX Analyst within digital product delivery.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders through interviews and workshops while managing intricate business specifications.
- Competent in creating user journeys, process flowcharts, wireframes, and moderate-fidelity prototypes.
- Skilled in translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and experience collaborating with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
- Understanding of UX disciplines, Design Thinking, and service design methods is preferred.
