Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an entry-level Business Analyst who is eager to build a career in business analysis while supporting day-to-day operations, reporting activities, and process improvement work. This position is ideal for someone at the start of their professional journey and keen to learn how business needs are turned into structured requirements and practical insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements from stakeholders and record them clearly.
• Review business workflows to find gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare management-facing reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
• Work with both technical and non-technical teams to understand project objectives.
• Join requirement-gathering discussions and team meetings.
• Support testing activities and check that business solutions work as intended.
• Maintain documentation for workflows, business processes, and functional specifications.
• Assist with data collection and perform basic analysis to support decisions.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
• No prior professional experience is needed; internships or academic projects will be considered an advantage.
• Strong curiosity about business analysis, data, or IT systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical ability and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Readiness to learn and grow in a structured environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Basic awareness of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Some familiarity with Agile or Scrum ways of working.
• Academic or internship experience in reporting or analysis work.
• Basic SQL knowledge is optional but helpful.
