Role Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and prioritize business requirements effectively.
• Design and enhance workflows and automation processes.
• Create prototypes to validate functional and business concepts.
• Contribute to the development of specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure the quality of data and stability of processes.
• Coordinate closely with business departments and IT teams.
• Plan and conduct workshops and process analyses.
• Participate actively in cross-functional project teams.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in business analysis and process automation.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to work.
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and system interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• High adaptability and eagerness to learn.
• Fluent in both German and English with negotiation-level proficiency.
