Role Overview

In this role, you will act as the intermediary between clients and our design and development teams, translating business objectives into actionable product requirements. Your daily activities will include gathering and analyzing requirements, optimizing business workflows, collaborating with clients to prioritize roadmaps, and authoring user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to ensure alignment across teams.

You will be responsible for managing the backlog, supporting quality assurance and validation efforts, monitoring feature performance after deployment, and maintaining open communication among stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst managing requirements and backlogs for eCommerce or SaaS platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and support product decisions with evidence.
• Expertise in gathering stakeholder requirements and converting them into clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and enhance them for efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams both verbally and in writing.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management tools such as Jira; experience working closely with design teams.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of thriving in a distributed remote work environment.
• Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus platforms is a preferred advantage.
