Business Analyst - Modern ERP

About the Role

We seek an experienced Business Analyst specialized in Modern ERP systems to contribute to a significant ERP transformation project based in Singapore. The position demands a hybrid work model, requiring four days per week onsite. The role uniquely combines delivery support with business process modeling, equally divided between the two functions.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities are split between Delivery Support and Business Process Modeling.

• Oversee and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) work items ensuring alignment with standards and governance policies.
• Develop and continuously improve ADO dashboards for accurate tracking of delivery progress.
• Create reusable query templates within ADO to enhance team efficiency.
• Produce reports and offer on-demand analytical assistance for the Delivery Manager.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of delivery data in dashboards.
• Collaboratively gather and assess business process requirements with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and vendors.
• Probe current business processes thoroughly including identifying exceptions, dependencies, and handoffs.
• Convert business requirements into clear BPMN-compliant process models employing SAP Signavio.
• Validate process flows with business owners focusing on logic sequence, decision points, roles, and handoffs.
• Assist the Global Process Owner core team with analysis and coordination of major program milestones.
• Conduct data cleansing, reconciliation, and analysis utilizing Power Query, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare comprehensive business documentation including process models and analytical reports.

Additional Information

This role entails participation in a weekly night call to support joint stand-up meetings bridging Pacific and Atlantic time zones.

Required Skills & Experience

• Between 6 and 9 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, or equivalent roles.
• Extensive practical knowledge of Azure DevOps work item management, queries, dashboards, and reporting.
• Proficiency in BPMN modeling standards and documenting business processes.
• Experience with SAP Signavio or similar BPMN tools.
• Strong skills in using Power BI, Power Query, and Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities to handle complex scenarios and deliver clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills paired with robust stakeholder management.
• Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders such as SAP, Accenture, business users, and various vendors.
• Preferred experience in ERP transformation or enterprise process enhancement projects.
