Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst Lead with strong experience in Property & Casualty billing. This position is based in Noida and is open for professionals with exposure to international client environments across the US and Europe.
Core Expectations
- Bring prior experience as a Business Analyst along with practical use of BA-related tools such as MS Office, DevOps tools, JIRA, and prototyping or flowcharting applications.
- Have hands-on background in the P&C billing domain.
- Understand policy, claims, and billing systems, including their life cycles; this would be considered an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
- Experience handling international clients, especially from the US and European markets.
- Strong planning, decision-making, and time management abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving setting.
Eligibility
