RiDiK is seeking a Business Analyst for its Riyadh, Saudi Arabia team. Key responsibilities
- Prepare and keep updated business requirement documents for portal enhancements and customer experience initiatives, including clear acceptance criteria and test procedures.
- Cover requirements for MyWholesale Portal refresh work, change requests, and CX-related platforms and projects.
- Review existing workflows and drive structured process redesign and continuous improvement efforts.
- Make sure business requirements stay aligned across different squads so duplicated work, overlap, and rework are reduced.
- Assist with impact analysis, requirement checks, and coordination between business, CX, and digital teams.
- Support the identification and pilot rollout of high-value AI and Agentic AI opportunities across the customer experience journey.
- Contribute to use cases such as voice-of-customer analysis, customer insight generation, churn prediction, closed-loop trigger actions, and proactive customer engagement.
- Recommend practical ways to integrate AI into the workflows of proposed improvements.
Ideal background
The preferred candidate will have experience in wholesale or in complex B2B environments. Exposure to highly structured organizations, such as Saudi government entities with multi-layered internal processes, would be especially relevant.
