Overview

Aaratech Inc., a technology-focused company specializing in cybersecurity, healthcare, and enterprise solutions, is seeking a Business Analyst with at least two years of experience to join their healthcare initiatives team. This role involves analyzing business operations, gathering detailed requirements, and delivering analytics-based solutions that enhance efficiency, patient care, and overall business outcomes within healthcare settings.

Key Duties

  • Collect and analyze business and functional requirements, thoroughly documenting them.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams encompassing healthcare professionals, IT specialists, and business units to advance project goals.
  • Examine current healthcare workflows and propose enhancements to optimize processes.
  • Create comprehensive business process documents, and generate reports and data visualizations.
  • Assist in system and user acceptance testing phases, as well as support implementation processes.
  • Draft project-related documentation and clearly communicate insights and updates to stakeholders.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in gathering requirements and drafting functional specifications.
  • Understanding of healthcare operational processes and data analytics.
  • Strong analytical capabilities coupled with effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills and Knowledge

  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of healthcare information systems including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Experience or knowledge of Agile and Scrum project methodologies.
  • Basic awareness of compliance requirements under HIPAA regulations.
  • Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are advantageous.
