Overview
Aaratech Inc., a technology-focused company specializing in cybersecurity, healthcare, and enterprise solutions, is seeking a Business Analyst with at least two years of experience to join their healthcare initiatives team. This role involves analyzing business operations, gathering detailed requirements, and delivering analytics-based solutions that enhance efficiency, patient care, and overall business outcomes within healthcare settings.
Key Duties
- Collect and analyze business and functional requirements, thoroughly documenting them.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams encompassing healthcare professionals, IT specialists, and business units to advance project goals.
- Examine current healthcare workflows and propose enhancements to optimize processes.
- Create comprehensive business process documents, and generate reports and data visualizations.
- Assist in system and user acceptance testing phases, as well as support implementation processes.
- Draft project-related documentation and clearly communicate insights and updates to stakeholders.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in gathering requirements and drafting functional specifications.
- Understanding of healthcare operational processes and data analytics.
- Strong analytical capabilities coupled with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills and Knowledge
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of healthcare information systems including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Experience or knowledge of Agile and Scrum project methodologies.
- Basic awareness of compliance requirements under HIPAA regulations.
- Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are advantageous.
