About the Role
Aaratech Inc., a technology-focused organization specializing in cybersecurity, healthcare, and enterprise solutions, is seeking a Business Analyst with 3 to 4 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector. This position involves driving business transformation initiatives by analyzing business processes and collaborating closely with various stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities
- Collect and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Examine banking and financial services business workflows to spot opportunities for enhancements.
- Create process flow diagrams, compile business documentation, and generate reports.
- Work jointly with business units, compliance teams, and IT departments.
- Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing, and support deployment activities.
- Provide updates on project progress and share business insights with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related discipline.
- Experience of 3 to 4 years as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services sectors.
- Proven ability in business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial reporting practices.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Competencies
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Understanding of banking regulations and financial systems architecture.
- Experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Certified ScrumMaster are advantageous.

Compensation
Salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $80,000 per annum.
