Position Overview
Aaratech Inc. is currently seeking a Business Analyst specializing in healthcare to contribute to advancing healthcare projects by analyzing business workflows, capturing requirements, and providing data-backed solutions. This role involves partnering with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, patient care quality, and overall business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, IT personnel, and business teams to support project objectives.
- Examine healthcare workflow processes and propose enhancements to optimize operations.
- Create formal business process documents, generate reports, and develop dashboards.
- Assist in system testing phases including user acceptance testing and smooth deployment.
- Develop project documentation and effectively communicate insights to relevant parties.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or similar.
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within healthcare sectors.
- Proven capability in requirements elicitation and drafting functional specification documents.
- Understanding of healthcare operational processes and expertise in data analysis.
- Strong skills in analytical thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving.
Preferred Expertise
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau visualization tools.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems including Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum.
- Basic comprehension of HIPAA regulations and standards.
- Additional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or Certified ScrumMaster are advantageous.
