About the role

This Business Analyst opportunity is designed for fresh graduates and Emiratization candidates based in the UAE. The role offers exposure to client service, research, analysis, and business support work in a collaborative professional environment.

What you will do

• Collaborate with team members to deliver polished, high-quality outputs that support an excellent client experience.
• Gather, organize, and assess relevant data using established methods and tools to help identify and validate solutions.
• Use a working knowledge of financial ideas to research business performance and financial information.
• Carry out detailed research and benchmarking to uncover best practices and propose practical solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Use structured problem-solving approaches to organize ideas, spot missing information, and communicate findings clearly.
• Draw from a wide range of resources to generate insights and share useful recommendations with others.
• Communicate in a professional, approachable manner while building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications and technical capabilities

Candidates must be UAE Nationals currently based in the UAE and hold an undergraduate degree. A master’s degree, MBA, or relevant professional certificate will be an added advantage. Strong English communication skills are required, and Arabic is considered a plus. Applicants should be comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. The role also calls for solid interpersonal skills, teamwork, administrative ability, numerical aptitude, careful attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting. Flexible working hours and travel readiness are required.

Additional information

This opportunity is aligned with Emiratization requirements and is intended for UAE Nationals. Travel is mandatory for the role, and the working setup is onsite in Dubai.
