About the role
In this position, you will support the rollout and tailoring of the Digital Workplace for Development Banks (DWD) solution. You will work at the point where business needs meet technology, turning requirements into practical functional concepts and working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery. Your work will contribute to helping financial institutions update and improve lending and development banking operations so they become more efficient, scalable, and effective.
Key responsibilities
- Review and interpret business requirements related to lending solutions and development bank workflows.
- Assist with implementation activities and solution customization.
- Work with stakeholders to shape and improve customer portals and digital tools.
- Convert business needs into functional specifications for SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP.
- Contribute to test coordination and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- Background as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably with exposure to lending or development banking.
- Good understanding of SAP Fioneer products such as CML, CMS, and solutions used by development banks.
- Experience with customer portals, core banking systems, or digital banking platforms.
- Working knowledge of BPMN, Agile methods such as Prince2 Agile, and testing frameworks such as ISTQB.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in international, cross-functional teams.
