About the Business Operations Team
The Business Operations function acts as the link between commercial teams and technology. The team studies data across adjoe’s supply and demand sides, spots mismatches, sets priorities, and helps translate business requirements into product and technical action. It also drives cross-functional initiatives, closes process gaps, and uses data to influence product direction.
Your Responsibilities
- Build, interpret, and share reports and statistical insights for internal teams and external partners.
- Collect, verify, and document business requirements.
- Review commercial metrics such as revenue, CPI, and related performance indicators.
- Map business processes and identify where they can be improved.
- Evaluate the risks, advantages, and drawbacks of existing and proposed solutions.
- Assess the commercial effect of new ideas, including earnings versus costs.
- Translate complex information into a format that is easy to understand.
- Help implement solutions and test them after release.
Your Profile
- You think in a business-oriented way and understand the commercial value behind data.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience working with data analysis.
- You can explain technical topics clearly in business terms.
- You communicate confidently with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You apply strong critical thinking, define clear next steps, and work proactively.
- You have hands-on experience with SQL and Tableau.
- You work well in teams and enjoy supporting colleagues.
- Experience in AdTech or Gaming is a plus.
