Business Analyst Executive – Franchise Business Consulting

Role Overview

Join our franchise consulting team as a Business Analyst Executive, handling client projects independently—from designing financial models and investor pitch decks to strategizing franchise development. This role demands a candidate capable of confidently engaging with clients, analyzing their businesses, and devising robust franchise frameworks that withstand detailed evaluation. An MBA with a commerce background and 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or franchise development is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop franchise business financial models, including ROI and cash flow forecasts for clients aiming to franchise their businesses.
• Create impactful investor and client presentations that franchisees or investors can directly use.
• Lead client interaction sessions such as discovery meetings and franchise structure discussions, conveying complex strategies directly to business owners rather than just supporting senior consultants.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, feasibility analysis, and compile franchise structure reports spanning retail, food and beverage, education, and service domains.
• Prepare franchise documentation including offering documents, operational manuals, and standard operating procedures tailored to franchisor clients.
• Draft client proposals and partner with sales teams to address documentation and deal requirements.
• Manage ongoing client relationships autonomously, delivering results without constant supervision.
• Provide mentorship and review the assignments of Business Consultant Interns involved in your client engagements.

Candidate Profile

• MBA degree with a strong preference for commerce-related undergraduate degrees (BCom, BBA) due to the financial modeling focus.
• Between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in business consulting, franchise development, market research, or financial analysis. Exceptional fresh graduates with pertinent internships may also be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to effectively represent the company before clients and investors.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experienced in independently developing financial models and investor-ready presentations.
• Familiarity with franchising-related business laws and procedures is advantageous.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate immediately to Bangalore, comfortable working onsite at the Race Course Road office six days a week (Monday through Saturday).

Exclusions

• This is not an IT or ITES analyst role.
• Candidates without a commerce or finance foundation or prior financial modeling exposure will not fit this role.
• Applicants unwilling to take ownership of client relationships independently are not suitable.
