Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in core banking systems to join our team in Bangalore or Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking domains such as Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, CASA, and related accounting processes, and will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and product development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with customers, including bank staff and teams, to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Map business needs to the capabilities of the company's BaNCS banking product and oversee its implementation in client environments.
- Engage with the product development team to validate functionalities and enhancements aligned with client needs.
- Create thought leadership materials, particularly concerning innovative technologies like AI applications in core banking.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospects.
- Stay current with regulatory changes and market standards in the banking sector and incorporate them into business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Solid understanding of core banking operations including Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, and CASA.
- Proven experience with core banking systems such as Temenos, Finacle, FIS, Oracle FlexCube/OFSS, Finastra, or Intellect Design Arena.
- Experience working in loan operations or trade finance operations is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Hands-on experience preparing detailed business requirements and solution specification documents.
- Customer-facing experience with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in using office and collaboration tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, JIRA, and MS Teams.
Additional Information
Exposure to customer interactions and prospect engagements is mandatory for this role.
