As a Business Analyst / Consultant in Enterprise Performance Management within our Oracle & Emerging ERP Solutions consulting area, you will assist companies in making well-informed strategic and operational decisions. Our team improves performance utilizing analytics, ERP, and EPM systems. Join us in making a meaningful impact.
Location
This position is based in Frankfurt (Main), with other offices located in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, München, and Stuttgart.
Impact and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate planning and control to support sustainable process improvements and enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with experts to develop diverse solutions such as integrated sales, production, and financial planning, establishing the groundwork for simulations.
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies to design automated forecasts, incorporating machine learning techniques.
- Gain hands-on experience through agile implementation projects by independently managing work packages and assisting in proposal development, business development, and marketing activities.
- Gradually assume leadership responsibilities and engage in communication with client top management.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- A university degree in fields such as economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, information technology, or equivalent qualifications.
- Relevant knowledge in areas like controlling, accounting, marketing/sales, human resources, or supply chain management.
- Practical experience gained through studies, training, or internships in developing business solutions using Excel or preferably modern cloud platforms.
- Strong affinity for numbers, proficient use of MS Office, and enthusiasm for challenging projects.
- Willingness to travel and excellent communication skills in both German and English, spoken and written.
