About the Company and Role
Join a reputed listed Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) as a Business Analyst specializing in construction finance and mid corporate sectors. This role is available across Delhi, Bangalore, and Indore locations and requires a qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough credit analysis by assessing borrower profiles, enterprise data, project and security details, along with financial metrics such as cash flow, feasibility, sensitivity, debt, and group-level evaluations.
- Collaborate extensively with internal departments including Risk, Legal, Technical, Finance, Accounts, and Operations.
- Manage coordination with external parties for legal, technical, valuation, and financial due diligence activities.
- Ensure adequacy of security covers, receivables coverage, exit and shortfall calculations, and undertake portfolio reviews.
- Prepare comprehensive Credit Assessment Memos and secure review and approval from all relevant stakeholders including senior management and Risk teams.
- Issue sanction letters aligned with the approved credit notes.
- Develop and implement a framework for post-disbursement monitoring focusing on security and receivables coverage as well as shortfall and exit analyses.
- Oversee preparation and execution of all transaction documentation pre- and post-disbursement.
- Coordinate document gathering and compliance verification with customers from loan initiation through post-disbursement phases.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, internal and external audits, ROC charge registration and satisfaction, and internal policy compliance.
- Manage post-closure formalities thoroughly.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Candidates must be qualified Chartered Accountants or hold an MBA degree to be eligible for this position.
