This full-time, onsite position caters to individuals authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and offers an annual salary between $70,000 and $80,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and document business and functional requirements specific to AI and automation projects.
- Examine current business processes to pinpoint opportunities for automation enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with business units, data specialists, and technical teams to deploy AI-driven solutions.
- Create detailed process documentation, generate reports, and design business workflows.
- Assist with user acceptance testing and the rollout of new solutions.
- Convey meaningful business insights and recommend project actions to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Three to four years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst involved in technology or digital transformation endeavors.
- Proficiency in analyzing business processes and preparing requirements documentation.
- Foundational knowledge of AI, automation technologies, and business intelligence.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication abilities, and problem-resolution skills.
Preferred Expertise
- Hands-on experience with data querying and reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience utilizing tools like Jira and Azure DevOps for project management.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, UiPath Business Analyst, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are advantageous.
