Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a dynamic and well-established company specializing in print, mail, and digital communication solutions based in the Greater Bristol Area. This role is integral to a collaborative Project Management team, supporting business transformation, process enhancement, and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, assess, and document business, functional, and system requirements comprehensively.
  • Engage with stakeholders to interpret and convert business needs into precise technical documentation.
  • Develop Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
  • Evaluate and refine business processes to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
  • Provide support for projects utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Lead workshops and sessions aimed at gathering detailed requirements.
  • Assist with testing phases ensuring solutions align with business requirements.
  • Participate actively in the firm's continuous digital transformation efforts including amplification of AI implementation.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst focusing on IT or Business Change projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent skills in requirements elicitation and documentation.
  • Experience with process mapping and enhancing business workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio or equivalent process mapping software.
  • Strong communication skills coupled with stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilities.
