Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible Bus Attendant to ensure passengers enjoy a safe and efficient travel experience. The position is based primarily in Hyderabad and surrounding areas including Gachibowli, Miyapur, Eluru, Tirupati, Vizag, Guntur, and Tenali.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure passengers are transported safely and on schedule.
- Maintain order and assist passengers throughout the journey.
- Collaborate closely with drivers and operations teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Address basic inquiries from passengers in a courteous manner.
- Keep the bus clean and manage proper boarding processes.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and guidelines.
- Be prepared to work night shifts as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Mandatorily proficient in Telugu and knowledge of either English or Hindi.
- Comfortable with working night shifts.
- Required documents: Resume, Aadhaar Card, Bank Details, Higher Qualification Certificate, and PAN Card.
Salary and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 based on experience.
- Stay bonus totaling ₹12,000 paid as ₹4,000 increments after the 2nd, 4th, and 6th months of employment.
