Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible Bus Attendant to ensure passengers enjoy a safe and efficient travel experience. The position is based primarily in Hyderabad and surrounding areas including Gachibowli, Miyapur, Eluru, Tirupati, Vizag, Guntur, and Tenali.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure passengers are transported safely and on schedule.
Maintain order and assist passengers throughout the journey.
Collaborate closely with drivers and operations teams to ensure smooth operations.
Address basic inquiries from passengers in a courteous manner.
Keep the bus clean and manage proper boarding processes.
Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and guidelines.
Be prepared to work night shifts as required.

Candidate Requirements

Male candidates only.
Mandatorily proficient in Telugu and knowledge of either English or Hindi.
Comfortable with working night shifts.
Required documents: Resume, Aadhaar Card, Bank Details, Higher Qualification Certificate, and PAN Card.

Salary and Benefits

Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 based on experience.
Stay bonus totaling ₹12,000 paid as ₹4,000 increments after the 2nd, 4th, and 6th months of employment.
