Position Details
Role: Bürokauffrau (m/w/d)
Location: Heilbronn (Neckar), Baden-Württemberg, Germany
Working hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procuring direct and indirect materials as well as services
- Ensure availability of raw materials, merchandise, and consumables
- Monitor and coordinate delivery dates, quantities, and quality of supplies
- Participate in the identification and selection of potential suppliers, and support negotiations regarding pricing and contract terms
- Maintain and improve procurement-related master data
- Handle complaints and provide support in complaint management
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally in office administration or a related field
- Proficient with MS Office and basic knowledge of ERP systems
- Resilient, dependable, and a team player
- Organized and able to work independently
- Strong analytical thinking and high sense of responsibility
- Fluent German language skills, both oral and written
