Position Overview
The Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant is responsible for maintaining the facility's cleanliness, safety, and comfort to meet Trilogy standards as well as federal and state regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in resident rooms, bathrooms, shared spaces, offices, and staff areas.
- Execute routine cleaning tasks and thorough cleaning for move-ins, move-outs, and isolation areas following established infection control protocols.
- Keep assigned workspaces tidy and store equipment, tools, and supplies properly at all times, including before breaks and end of shift.
- If assigned laundry duties, wash and dry resident clothing and linens, deliver and organize laundered items, maintain equipment usage and storage, and label resident laundry correctly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
